We may be an online business, but that doesn't mean we hide behind a web address. Shipping

U.S. Shipping Options

boldSOCKS.com boldly offers FREE, standard shipping on all domestic orders over $25 (approx 1 week). Otherwise standard shipping is only $2.99 on orders less than $25. In addition, we also provide the following expedited options:

  • Priority shipping $9.99 (3 business days)
  • Express shipping $25.99 (2 business days guaranteed)
  • Express Overnight $59.99 (1 business day guaranteed)

Canada Shipping Options

boldSOCKS.com boldly offers FREE, standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $25 (approx 2 weeks). Otherwise standard shipping is only $4.99 on orders less than $25. Our standard shipping is shipped via the Post Office and is shipped duties unpaid. It is our experience that the Post Office rarely collects duties, but it is possible they may. Any duties imposed would be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
In addition, we also provide the following expedited options:

  • Priority shipping (3-5 business days) - price calculated at checkout. Duties included in price.
  • Express shipping (1-2 business days) - price calculated at checkout. Duties included in price.

International Shipping and Handling

International orders (outside of US and Canada) ship at a flat rate of $10. Standard international shipping takes approximately 2 weeks or longer. Other expedited options are available at checkout. Please note that only International Express mail options provide complete tracking information. All other international shipments may not offer tracking updates once the packages has left the United States. Import duties charged by the customer's country are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Returns

We know that every good thing begins with one bold step. We want you to love the socks on your feet as you embark on life's greatest adventures. If you find that the socks you ordered are too bold or perhaps not bold enough, you can return the unworn pair within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund so you can venture to find the perfect pair to help launch you into greatness. If you feel the socks you ordered aren't in-line with our high-quality standards, let us know so we can send you a free replacement pair.

To initiate a return, please e-mail support@boldsocks.com and reference your order number.

If you need to exchange a pair of socks, simply initiate a return on the socks you do not want and place a new order for the other socks you are interested in.

You will cover the return shipping and we will cover the rest to make sure you end up with socks that inspire you to live boldly.

Sales Tax

boldSOCKS.com charges 6% sales tax on all Michigan orders.
